Advantages concerning wood as corpus material:

Diffusion open
Wood is organically grown vital construction material, supporting a constant draft-free air exchange. This is made possible by means of its own special appropriate porous cell structure. |
| Wood is diffusion- and sorptionable, that means a.o. that wood is in the position to absorb and filter gases, vapors and odors in its porosities. |

Regulation of air moisture
Because of its hygroscopic properties wood is in the position to absorb and release moisture to a great extent. Therefore moistness fluctuations in the ambient air will take place slowly and tempered. Due to its great porosity the formation of volume condensation water and condensed water is eliminated on wooden surfaces. |

|
Electrical constant field
The air within a field coated with wood is enriched with vitally important negatively loaded oxygen ions. These oxygen ions care for the preservation of the electrical constant field. |
| Many other construction materials have the electrical field dropped in the free atmosphere, wood does not. In such unfavorable cases different electrical fields will be generated. |
|

Noise insulations
Because of ist porosity wood is a noise insulating basic material. Noise and airborne sound will be absorbed and reduced by wood. |
