Why does my office need an acoustic phone booth?
A Silentbox acoustic booth solves three typical open-space problems: noise levels, a lack of private rooms for calls and meetings, and limited space. Certified insulation of up to 35 dB (Premium) or 25 dB (Lite) dampens speech noise both ways, a booth fits on any free spot from 1 m² with no renovation, and installation takes a few hours.
How much does an office pod cost?
Price depends on the model and configuration: single-person Solo booths cost the least, four-person Quartet meeting pods the most. We manufacture the cabins ourselves and sell direct, so the price sits below European equivalents with the same certified insulation. We manufacture the booths ourselves and sell direct, with no dealers or middlemen. Standardized production and a thin margin keep the price lower for the same certified ISO 11957 / ISO 23351-1 insulation, and you deal directly with the manufacturer for any question or service.
How good is the soundproofing?
The Premium line insulates up to 35 dB, Lite up to 25 dB (both certified to ISO 11957 and ISO 23351-1). A conversation inside a Premium booth is already inaudible a metre away — enough for confidential meetings and for a clean video call with no background noise.
How many hours can I spend inside a booth?
As long as you need — an hour or a full working day. The built-in ventilation moves 250–600 m³/h and fully exchanges the air every 2–3 minutes, so there's no stuffiness even during long meetings.
Can I test a booth in person?
Yes. Leave a request and we'll show you a booth at a demo location or prepare a 3D visualization inside your own space with your dimensions and colors.
Can I customize the booths?
Yes. 20+ RAL colors for the exterior finish, wood-look decors, branded UV printing, and wraps for logos and corporate colors. For large orders — a fully bespoke design.
What products do you offer?
Solo and Solo Lite work as an office phone booth for 1 person, Duet and Duet Lite seat 2, Quartet and Quartet Lite serve as meeting pods for 4. We also offer WorkPod for focused work, Cloud for hourly rental, and Custom to your specification. Every model includes its own ventilation, LED lighting, and certified soundproofing.
Can I move a Solo booth around the office?
Yes. On a level floor you can simply slide it, placing a blanket or felt under the base to protect the flooring. If the booth has to be moved often, we can fit it with castors — they make moving it around the office easier and help manoeuvre the booth into a narrow recess. For a move to another floor or office, the booth is disassembled and reassembled on-site.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, to Ukraine and 30+ European countries. We manufacture in Ukraine, and a warehouse hub in Poland enables fast logistics across the continent, and every delivery is fully insured.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Premium-series booths carry a tiered warranty: 10 years on the structure and frame, 5 years on electronics (LED, ventilation, sensors), 3 years on moving parts (doors, hinges). The Lite series carries a flat 3-year warranty, and refurbished Premium booths 1 year.
